I’ve been nominated!

Your humble author has been nominated in two categories in the third annual Irish Blog Awards, the big daddy “Best Blog” category and “Most Humorous Post” for my “Practical Help from the BBC” entry. Anyone nominated will be judged and whittled down to a “short-list” and the winners announced on the big night. To everyone who nominated me I offer a hearty thank you. I believe that the judges will soon be snooping around these parts like UN weapons inspectors, hello to you. If I could somehow harness the power of the English language to trap you here and force you to make me win, I would. I WOULD. They are very long lists though, so I don’t have much of a chance really but its nice to be nominated, especially in those two categories. Thanking you.
